Note: These rates are for comparison purposes only. Depending on bookings and the whim of the owner, they can go up or down, though probably not by much. The exceptions are holidays and special event weekends, when rates definitely go up. So if you are interested in a particular date, email me at spisandy@gmail.com - please include the number of guests in your party.
Note: I get my cc authorizations manually, so just because you put your cc info on my secure server does not mean that your card has been charged or that your reservation is confirmed. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until you receive an email from me specifically telling you that it is.

- The Sandbox is pet-friendly and is equipped with a (sized medium) pet door and doggy bed. A $20 fee will be tacked on to the regular cleaning fee.

One-time maid service & linen fee ($80) required. Guests staying longer than a week will be provided with a set of clean linens/towels
- This unit has beds for six people... but as it is stocked with two sofa beds, a bed sofa, futon sofa on the back deck, an inflateable bed and some foam pads, it can actually accommodate a few more. Rates posted are for occupancy of up to 6 persons. I reserve the right to charge an additional $15/night per additional person. I may be willing to give discounts to smaller groups, especially off season.
- Deposits: Generally I require half of the total to hold your dates. I may also require a damage deposit if you come during spring break and/or pay with anything other than VISA or MC. This deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure, provided you leave the place in good shape. (Normal wear & tear is not the issue: I am talking about broken furniture, boiled-over crud on the burners, etc.)

Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt. If your travel plans change your deposit will be refunded (less a $50 "restocking fee) provided I am able to rebook your dates - and I will try very hard to do just that.
